Push-Ups Challenge!

Regardless of your age, weight and physical shape, it is always good to exercise. Everyone knows that!

Now here is a challenge for all of you, I dare you to take up this challenge, and achieve the what you may think as “impossible”. Remember, “impossible is nothing”!

A challenge for all of you, and I promise once you achieve it you will FEEL GOOD and never turn back. It is something to be proud of, and something to keep up.

I am up to 135 push-ups daily, after starting off at around 45, and over the course of 4+ years slowly (but consistently) increasing the number of repetitions every day. If I calculate on average 80 push-ups a day for the last 4 years, I would have done in total around 116,800 push-ups altogether up until today :)
