Recently I have invested $50 getting a descent Reebok Swiss Ball, also known as Exercise Balls, in attempt to replace my office chair.

Apparently there are various (well, quite many) benefits using the Swiss Ball as an office chair replacement, some very informative websites are as below:

After seeing and reading comments on numerous different websites above (and more) and reviews of benefits in relation to replacing the office chair with the Swiss Ball, I decided to give it a try myself.
